Brookholme Croft Nursing Home aims to provide the people using the service with a secure, relaxed, homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort are of prime importance.
Carers will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all people within a warm, comfortable and caring atmosphere and in so doing will be sensitive to the peoples individual and changing needs.
Residents needs may be medical or therapeutic relating to either their physical or mental welfare. However, someone’s needs may be cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional or social and all of these need to be considered in providing person centred care for our service users.
Residents are encouraged as far as possible to participate in the development of their individualised care plans. In addition, the involvement of family and friends is paramount and greatly valued.
